Integral Learning Management in Vocational and Technological Education
a model for pedagogical praxis

The management of the teaching and learning process requires planning based on a theoretical framework that contributes to the organization of teaching work with a view to the integral learning of students. Thus, the objective of this paper was to propose a theoretical model for the learning management process of curricular components of professional and technological education courses, under the paradigm of Integral Education. The proposed model was organized from Bunge's emergentist materialism incorporating other methods focused on planning (PDCA Cycle, Backward Design, Design Thinking). A case study was carried out in the curricular unit of General Mechanics of the Higher Course in Civil Engineering at IFMS, Aquidauana campus, in order to validate the model.
