Development of the Technical Specialization Program aimed at areas with the most ethical violations in Brazil

The objective was to describe the experience of developing the technical specialization program, Post-Tech Nursing, aimed at areas with the most common ethical infractions in Brazil. Descriptive study, reporting the experience of developing the Program. The partnership between the Conselho Federal de Enfermagem and the Universidade Federal da Paraíba offered five professional specialization courses, free of charge, in the form of distance education, with 17.035 students. It is hoped that this experience will stimulate proposals for offers for professional education, in order to expand access, qualify this professional category, minimize ethical infractions, reinforce patient safety and reduce healthcare costs.
