Observação de atividade profissional e tecnológica: substituição de processador em notebook

This experiential report presents an analysis of a processor replacement in a laptop conducted by a specialized hardware technician. The data collection, carried out through observations and interviews, revealed a comprehensive set of practices, knowledge, labor dimensions, structure, difficulties, and challenges involved in the work activity. Through this analysis, the intrinsic relationship between computer maintenance and situated learning theories becomes evident, highlighting ways to transfer the knowledge and skills involved to didactic situations in the training of professionals working in the field of computer science.
