HABILIDADES PARA O DESENVOLVIMENTO DO TRABALHO NA ERA DA SUSTENTABILIDADE 4.0: UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA DA LITERATURA

Resumo

A educação para a sustentabilidade 4.0 (S4.0) caracteriza-se pela integração de princípios de sustentabilidade às tecnologias avançadas no currículo educacional, com o propósito de preparar os estudantes para enfrentar desafios globais cada vez mais complexos. Nesse contexto, as habilidades requeridas para o desenvolvimento do trabalho extrapolam o domínio técnico, incorporando competências como adaptabilidade, resiliência, criatividade e pensamento crítico, fundamentais para a atuação em ambientes dinâmicos e tecnologicamente intensivos. Além disso, a Tecnologia da Informação (TI) assume um papel central nesse processo, ao redefinir as práticas educacionais e os papéis do educador e do aluno, promovendo uma aprendizagem mais ativa, dinâmica e centrada no estudante, o que torna essencial a colaboração entre instituições de ensino e o setor tecnológico. Diante desse cenário, este estudo tem como objetivo identificar as habilidades essenciais para o desenvolvimento do trabalho na era da Sustentabilidade 4.0, utilizando como estratégia metodológica uma Revisão Sistemática da Literatura (RSL). Para tanto, foram analisados artigos acadêmicos de acesso aberto indexados na base de dados Web of Science (WOS), publicados no período de 2021 a 2025. Após um rigoroso processo de busca, seleção e filtragem, foram selecionados 24 estudos para compor a análise. Os resultados evidenciam a necessidade de uma combinação equilibrada entre competências técnicas como interpretação e análise de grandes volumes de dados, programação, ciência de dados, cibersegurança e proficiência em Internet das Coisas (IoT) e Inteligência Artificial (IA) e habilidades socioemocionais, incluindo resolução de problemas, pensamento crítico, trabalho em equipe, adaptabilidade, criatividade e inteligência emocional. As implicações práticas do estudo apontam para a urgência de transformar os processos educacionais e de formação profissional, destacando a importância do desenvolvimento de bancos de dados unificados de competências, da adoção da educação baseada em competências (EBC) e da implementação de metodologias de ensino inovadoras, bem como do fortalecimento da articulação entre instituições de ensino e o setor industrial.
