About the Journal

Focus and Scope

Dialektiké – Journal of Philosophy was born out of the need to create a space for dialogue and dissemination of philosophical production in its various strands, as well as interdisciplinary studies that use philosophy as a theoretical framework. Its central objective is to offer a platform for circulation and interaction among researchers from Federal Institutes and universities, actively contributing to the national and international scene of philosophical studies.

The journal is characterized by the pluralist and dialectical nature of its publications, welcoming different currents, approaches, and traditions of thought. Submissions are accepted in Portuguese, English, Spanish, and French. Its scientific board comprises professors from various Brazilian and international institutions, with expertise in different fields of philosophy, ensuring a more qualified, rigorous, and academically committed editorial process.


Periodicity

Biannual publication, with electronic issues made freely available on the journal's online portal. Thematic issues may be published occasionally, depending on proposals approved by the editorial team.


Open Access Policy

Dialektiké provides immediate open access to its content, based on the principle that free availability of scientific knowledge contributes to the global democratization of knowledge and the strengthening of an open, ethical, and collaborative science.


Sources of Support

The journal is supported by the Research and Innovation Pro-Rectory (PROPI) of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Norte (IFRN), as well as the technological infrastructure of the institution.
